Founded within the Providence Health System, the PS&D GME Outreach Team was created to serve residents throughout their professional journey. We've partnered with our own residency programs for years, allowing us to create approachable resources that support residents' professional well-being. All of our tools and resources are complimentary, as our focus is on your success.

Recruitment is a passion for me. Long before I became a recruiter professionally, I spent time connecting friends and family and job networking over the years. These connections have resulted in marriages, new career paths and people discovering their destinies. At PS&D, I gain fulfillment knowing that although I am not directly providing medical care, I am helping provide resources in the form of recruiting providers for communities.
I’m driven by the opportunity to create a smooth, supportive experience for new residents and fellow physicians, because when they feel empowered from day one, they’re better equipped to deliver exceptional care. My work helps build the foundation for healthier communities, one provider at a time.
I’m driven by the impact we make when we connect the right provider with the right opportunity. My grandfather’s heart specialist didn’t just extend his life, he gave our family 20 more years with the strongest man I’ve ever known. That experience showed me the power of exceptional care and its ripple effect on families and communities. It’s why I’m passionate about helping health systems find providers who can make that same life-changing difference.
